Do you want to learn how to cook tuscan?
Cooking classes can be arranged for families, groups, couples, or friends. Whatever is your requirement, I can arrange a cooking class directly in the villa where you are spending your holiday time in Lucca or in special locations in the countryside around Lucca, such as a local winery (depending on availability). Anything is possible and I am always flexible to try and meet your needs.
The lessons last for 3 – 4 hours – they are not just a demonstration; you will be involved hands-on and cooking alongside me to create your special Tuscan meal!
I will arrive in your accommodation at 4pm, spend some time setting everything up and then we will cook together with the aim of serving dinner at around 7:30pm.
The lessons are very informal, I like to talk and have fun together, sip some good local wine and teach you as much as you want to learn about Tuscan cooking traditions and lifestyle.
